Your international flight will arrive at Nairobi international airport (JKIA).

Inexpensive return flights from Heathrow to Nairobi are currently £380 direct on BRITISH AIRWAYS.

We recommend then taking a ONE WAY domestic flight from JKIA to Malindi airport.

It is a 1 hour short trip costing between £30-£130 depending on airline.

The Rewild team will provide transport from Malindi airport to Watamu Treehouse if arriving on Sunday 20th March 2022 on a morning flight.

*There are alternative travel options to get to Watamu, we would be happy to advise you on this and other aspects of your travel and stay during your time in Kenya. Please contact us direct for more information.

Please check if your nationality requires a tourist visa to enter Kenya. Kenyan entry visas are exclusively issued electronically, with passengers required to obtain their e-visas before departure and are approximately $51USD. You can apply for single entry and transit visas on http://www.evisa.go.ke/evisa.html

There are no specific compulsory vaccinations required to travel to Kenya. However we recommend you contact your local travel clinic or GP for further detailed information.

A yellow fever vaccination certificate is required by some passengers travelling from some specific countries, please see the Kenyan embassy website for more specific information.

It is recommended that guests take anti-malarial medication prior and during your stay. Brands such as Malarone can be purchased from your local pharmacy.

The delicious organic meals in Watamu will be based on a vegetarian/vegan/pescatarian diet with fresh fruit juices, teas and coffees.

The meals at Kipalo Hills cater for both meat and vegetarian.

We are happy to discuss and accommodate any dietary requirements.

This retreat is suitable for all levels of fitness, from complete beginners to advanced. You do not need to have any prior knowledge or experience in pilates. Life vests and floatation devices will be provided for our water based activities.

We welcome solo travellers, groups, couples, friends, all are welcome. We ask only that you are over 18 years of age and are able to climb a flight of stairs.

There will be options to arrange extras activities and treatments (PADI diving, shopping trips, massage, pedicures, etc), or private sessions with the instructors on the retreat at an additional cost.

Want to stay and explore a little longer?  We would be happy to suggest ways to expand your adventure with some post retreat options such as extending your safari stay, visiting the Sheldrick wildlife trust baby elephant orphanage or a highly recommended visit to the idillic coastal area of Lamu in northern Kenya.

Please contact us directly to discuss Resident's rates for those guests holding a valid Kenyan ID. We also offer a 'Watamu only' option for those short on time.
