This immersive Pilates & Yamuna Body Rolling wilderness retreat is held in two stunning locations of outstanding natural beauty in Kenya. Experience five nights at the sublime beachside Watamu treehouse, with 360 degree panoramic views of pristine white sand beaches and emerald forests. Then spend two nights at Kipalo Hills in glamping style tents with sweeping views over the lush Mbulia Hills—a private conservancy bordering Tsavo East and West National Parks. You'll float down a creek on a full moon, eat breakfast on private beach, snorkel in the Indian Ocean, learn about indigenous flora and fauna on a guided Maasai bush walk, and go on night and day game drives in Mbulia conservancy and Tsavo East National Park in open-sided safari land cruisers. And, throughout all this adventure, you'll stay centered with daily Pilates and Yamuna Body Rolling classes taught by passionate and experienced instructors.
